Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders.

We ship your order with DHL and UPS. As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. About it you can track the shipment progress.

Express shipping 1 business day - 15,00EUR

Austria: Standard shipping 2-3 business days - free of charge

Express shipping 1-2 working days – 29,00EUR

European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway: Standard shipping 2-4 business days - free of charge

Express shipping 35,00EUR 1-2 workdays

Rest of the world: Standard shipping 5-9 business days - free of charge

Express shipping 49,00EUR 2-5 working days

Customs Fees & Taxes

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, we deliver on a "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) basis. As a result, additional duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to us, but to the local customs or tax authorities. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order to find out the amount of import duties and taxes that may be due.

Shipping information

Products in stock are available for delivery within 1-2 business days. For pre-orders, delivery times are indicated in the product overview for the respective items in the online portal and on the order confirmation.

Information about shipping exotic leather under CITES

Due to international trade-agreements it is not possible for us to ship exotic leathers outside the EU. Alternatively, you have the option to choose a destination for your shipment that does not fall under the above restrictions.
