RETURNS, REFUND, REVOCATION

Products that you are not satisfied with, you can return them within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

RETURN OF AN ITEM OR THE ENTIRE ORDER

- If possible, use the original packaging for the return.

- Once we receive the package, you will receive a confirmation.

- All confirmed returns will be promptly refunded to the original card or account holder in the same currency as the purchase.

RETURN POLICY

- The return policy applies only to unworn and unblemished items from which the tags have not been removed.

- Returns are made in one shipment. Therefore, if you wish to return multiple items, you must return them to us in a single shipment.

- Returns are accepted only from the country of delivery (the country of delivery is the country in which the goods were originally delivered).

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

- After we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you by email of the credit to be issued. The refund will be issued immediately.

- The refund will be made in the same payment method and in the same currency as the purchase.

- The debited amount will always be refunded to the buyer and card or account holder.

- Customs fees, import sales tax, surcharges for express deliveries, as well as handling fees of the parcel service will not be refunded.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Christian Karch, Atelier1951 Günthersburgallee 53, 60316 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, e-mail: info@atelier1951.com, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier."

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a change in the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the goods.
